At the end of the 80s we decided to put our experience on the line. After several years of studying the local culinary art, and after a training period abroad, we started our business in a small family-run restaurant of typical cuisine.
Thanks to the many customers who have chosen and appreciated our kitchen, immediately the Vigna Marina Restaurant has become a reference point for catering in Carovigno.
The constant desire to grow and be able to offer our customers an always welcoming place, has allowed us to create a large air-conditioned room and heated by about 250 seats. Our structure has therefore proposed itself as the ideal location for organizing events and receptions in the province of Brindisi: business lunches or dinners, business meetings but also baptisms, communions, birthdays or anniversaries of all kinds.
Affection of our customers from Brindisi, Carovigno, Ostuni, San Michele Salentino or San Vito dei Normanni pushed us to create a second restaurant room, equipped with a pizzeria with a wood-fired refractory oven ideal for making tasty and special pizzas. At the same time, a large dance floor was created to brighten up our themed evenings, making them unique thanks to the evocative atmosphere created by the special opening roof.
The constant presence of families and the organization of birthday parties has made it is essential to set up an outdoor relaxation area, with a playground equipped for children of all ages.
What we seek every day is to offer a welcoming place to spend a lunch or dinner in good company, delighting our dishes typical or special pizza in a family atmosphere.
